Job summary

Jobster in Breda zoekt een Logistiek Administrator die orders verwerkt, transportplanningen bewaakt en fungeert als schakel tussen chauffeurs, magazijn en planners.

Je werkt fulltime (40 uur) met een tijdelijk contract en uitzicht op vast dienstverband; reizen kosten worden volledig vergoed; pensioenregeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Minimaal VMBO-niveau met passie voor logistiek.
• Nauwkeurig en proactief in werk.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgericht.
• Goede kennis van Excel; Basis PowerPoint.
• Vloeiende Engels; Nederlands is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Orders verwerken en transportplanningen coördineren.
• Samenwerken met magazijn voor inventaris en verzendingen.
• Zendingen boeken en volgen in het systeem.
• Communicatie met klanten, vervoerders en externe partijen.
• In- en outbound goederenstromen ondersteunen.

As a Logistics Administrator, you play a key role in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly. You manage customer orders, coordinate transport schedules, and act as the link between drivers, warehouse teams, and planners. Thanks to your attention to detail and proactive approach, shipments arrive on time and everyone stays informed, helping create an efficient and customer-focused operation.

• Processing customer orders and coordinating transport schedules;
• Collaborating with the warehouse on inventory and shipping plans;
• Booking and tracking shipments in the system;
• Maintaining communication with customers, carriers, and other external parties;
• Supporting inbound and outbound goods flows.
