Job summary

VanDrie Group’s Ekro division is seeking a livestock worker to welcome and care for calves in a production environment in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. The position is permanent with a 36-hour workweek.

You will help calves enter the barn and prepare them for the production line while adhering to animal welfare standards. We offer a fixed schedule, training opportunities, and a chance to develop with a strong team in a family business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is required.
• Be neat and physically fit.
• Certificates such as HACCP or Animal Welfare are a bonus and may be obtained if not present.

Responsibilities

• Unload calves and guide them to the correct area.
• Prepare calves for further processing on the production line.
• Work cleanly and safely according to the rules.

Do you have an affinity for animals and want to work in a production environment? We have openings for a livestock worker to welcome and care for calves.

As a livestock (or barn) worker, you'll have a highly responsible role in our company. You'll ensure that the calves are welcomed into the barn. You'll do this carefully and always in accordance with our animal welfare standards.
