Job summary

Chordify in the Netherlands is looking for a Linux System Administrator to join the Digital Infrastructure team. You’ll maintain and improve the server infrastructure that powers our users and colleagues, covering internal services, databases, backups, and deployment processes.

We value hands-on Linux administration, a security-minded mindset, and the ability to own complex projects from design to implementation. You can work from Utrecht or Groningen, with optional remote days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux server administration experience.
• Experience with infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work across systems and services in a larger environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Linux servers, services, databases, storage, backups, networking, and deployment processes.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD or other self-hosted services.
• Design and improve infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead infrastructure projects and move the team forward.
• Collaborate with other admins to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Use version-controlled configuration management for changes.
• Prioritize cybersecurity, reliability, and maintainability.
• Explain technical topics clearly to colleagues.
