Job description

As a Line-Lead in Packing, you ensure that the packing process runs smoothly and that your team works efficiently and according to the correct procedures. You combine working on the line with supervising colleagues while monitoring quality and workflow. In addition, you will have opportunities to grow and, with good performance, a chance of being taken over by this great employer.

As a Line-Lead Packing, you will work on the packing line yourself while also supervising a small team. You make sure daily tasks are properly distributed and that the team can work efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• Supervising and guiding four packers on the line
• Assigning daily tasks and supporting the team where necessary
• Checking the availability of products and materials
• Ensuring efficient order changeovers on the line
• Monitoring key KPIs for the line
• Ensuring the daily workload is completed
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace according to the 5S method

Working hours

The activities mainly take place between 07:00 and 19:00.

Employees must be flexible regarding start and end times. During busy periods, work may be scheduled according to a rotating roster or shift system. In some cases, shifts can start between 06:00 and 23:00.

In case of overtime, changed shifts or shift work, you will receive an overtime or shift allowance.
