Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the Netherlands seeks a vigilant poolside supervisor to oversee safety at indoor and outdoor pools and ensure members have a great experience. You will conduct pool tests, maintain Health & Safety compliance and keep documentation as part of a collaborative team focused on wellbeing.

The role requires an NPLQ qualification, a passion for health and fitness, and strong communication and active listening skills with a collaborative mindset for knowledge sharing.

About the Role

The role is responsible for overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience across the club’s indoor and outdoor pools. It plays a vital role in maintaining Health and Safety compliance, conducting pool tests in line with company guidelines, and keeping accurate documentation. The position sits within a team-focused environment that promotes belonging, physical and mental wellbeing, and opportunities to fulfil potential.
