Qualifications

• Demonstrated governance or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare or a comparable public service setting.
• Experience with client/patient participation, patient representatives, patient organizations, or social services is advantageous.
• Clear vision for quality of care and service delivery, translating user perspective into oversight, policy, and strategic choices.
• Independent, integrity-driven, able to challenge and advise the director with constructive scrutiny.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining operability in daily practice.
• Team player with open communication and regionally relevant ties (Utrecht/Noordwest-Utrecht region preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational policies and governance in line with the foundation's mission.
• Provide advisory input and constructive challenge to the director-run management.
• Ensure stakeholders' perspectives are reflected in strategy and decisions.
