Job summary

OTC Flow is seeking an energetic and pragmatic Legal Officer to support multiple areas of our growing environmental commodities trading business in Amsterdam. You will help manage contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and minimize legal risk across cross-border activities.

You'll draft and review master trading agreements (EFETs), NDAs, brokerage and service agreements, and support governance, due diligence and dispute management in a fast-paced scale-up environment aligned with our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and Master's degree in Law (LLM) required.
• At least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in energy or financial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law, contract law, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to manage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; German is strongly preferred; Dutch or French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Commercial contracting: draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements including EFETs and NDAs.
• Regulatory compliance: advise on energy trading compliance and monitor developments.
• Governance and internal compliance: develop policies and governance documents.
• General legal support: handle employment, corporate, regulatory matters.
• Dispute management: support dispute resolution and coordinate with external counsel.
