Job summary

Considerati seeks a Legal Manager to independently and collaboratively handle complex legal matters for governments, international tech firms, and scale-ups. You will coach colleagues, lead projects, and act as a partner to clients while promoting Considerati’s growth and responsible innovation.

You will join a vibrant Legal & AI team, based in the Netherlands, with hybrid working options up to 4 weeks remote and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in law firms, consultancy, corporate, or government.
• Knowledge of privacy law, IT (contract) law, and/or information security.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex legal issues and advisory processes for diverse clients including governments and tech companies.
• Lead projects and coach colleagues to foster growth and development.
• Act as ambassador for Considerati and role model within the Legal & AI team.

As a Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in independently and collaboratively managing complex legal issues and advisory processes for a wide range of clients, including governments, international tech companies, and scale-ups. With your expertise and experience, you will provide tailored advice that meets our clients’ needs, making you an indispensable business partner. You have a talent for coaching and motivating colleagues, helping to foster our culture of growth and development. You will act as an ambassador for our firm and serve as a role model within the Legal & AI team.

Your profile

You are intrinsically motivated to be at the forefront of your field, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are pragmatic and driven to consistently deliver high-quality results to your clients. You have the experience — or the ambition — to lead projects and coach colleagues.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, gained in law firms, consultancy, the corporate sector, or government.
• Demonstrable knowledge of privacy law, IT (contract) law and/or information security.
• Grotius or VPR-A, and/or certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US are a plus.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Based in the Netherlands.
