Job summary

Brown-Forman in Amsterdam seeks a Lead Financial Analyst – Revenue Growth Management for Europe, Africa and Asia. You’ll be the RGM analytics expert, shaping pricing, promo effectiveness, and trade investment; turning data into actionable financial decisions that drive profitable growth across markets.

You’ll partner with Finance, Commercial, Marketing and regional leaders to build dashboards, models and playbooks, coach teams, and move insights into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Analytics or a related field.
• Strong experience in finance, revenue growth management, commercial analytics, sales finance, category management, pricing or business planning.
• Ability to build recommendations, not just reports.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence across functions, cultures and levels without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and forecasting cycles with RGM-driven insights.
• Build dashboards, scorecards and performance routines to track RGM progress.
• Connect market actions to financial outcomes, including NSV, gross profit, operating income and ROI.
• Provide clear, concise analysis for business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Help establish consistent RGM performance metrics across EAA.
