MLabs is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to shape the mobile platform with a focus on React Native, iOS, and Android. You will own end‑to‑end mobile development, craft secure and UX‑driven experiences, and guide cross‑platform SDKs and tools for the core ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in mobile engineering, fintech/Web3 production shipping, and a passion for clean architectures and reliable delivery. Remote‑first role with optional office access and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mobile software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React Native and native iOS/Android development.
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks and SDK architecture.
• Proven track record shipping production mobile apps in fintech/Web3.
• Knowledge of WebAuthn and secure authentication protocols.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end design, architecture, and development of iOS and Android apps.
• Own features from concept to launch and iterative improvement.
• Refine SDKs and cross‑platform frameworks for scalable integrations.
• Deliver fintech‑grade UX and bank‑grade security for mobile wallets.
• Set high engineering standards for performance, security, and quality.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver user‑centric features.
• Maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates.
