Job summary

Expereo International is seeking a Lead Engineer for the new Digital Office to accelerate the company’s transformation. You will join an outcome-driven squad, shaping engineering best practices across front-end and back-end systems that power the Expereo customer journey.

You will design scalable applications using React, Vue, Angular for front-end and Node.js or Python for back-end services, while mentoring engineers, building reusable components, and driving CI/CD and observability across

Qualifications

• Leads technical decision-making and mentors engineers.
• Experience building and consuming REST, GraphQL, streaming/event-driven APIs, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end services (Node.js/Python).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of scalable front-end applications and back-end services.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices.
• Develop reusable UI components, design systems, and internal service frameworks.
• Build and integrate APIs and ensure performance, security, accessibility, and reliability.
• Champion reliability engineering and performance optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and platform abstractions.
