Job summary

Circle K in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our store team. You will greet customers, manage the cash register, and support the store leadership with daily tasks while ensuring a clean, organized store and fast, friendly service.

You will also assist with administrative duties, engage customers with product suggestions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

You will assist the store manager and the assistant manager with administrative tasks. You will greet customers, run the cash register, make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program. There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers. You will interact with many customers daily, all while working in a fun, energetic environment accomplishing daily tasks around the store!
