Job summary

NTT DATA Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking a high-performing, client-facing consultant to grow our Application Services business across the Benelux-France region, with focus on Financial Services clients at our Amsterdam office.

You will combine application services expertise, consulting, sector knowledge, and commercial awareness to build trusted client relationships, lead discussions, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Application Services, Development, Modernization, IT Consulting, or Managed Services.
• Proven client-facing experience within Benelux.
• Expertise in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Financial Services clients on Application Services.
• Lead discussions on application development, modernization, managed services, and digital transformation.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and support new engagements.

About the Role:

NTT DATA is looking for a high-performing, client-facing consultant to help grow our Application Services business across the Benelux-France subregion, with a primary focus on Financial Services clients at our office in Amsterdam.

This is not a traditional application maintenance role. We are seeking someone who combines application services expertise, consulting skills, sector knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to independently establish credibility with clients. The successful candidate will build trusted client relationships, lead application-focused discussions, identify growth opportunities, and help clients modernize and transform their application landscape.

Your role:

• Act as a trusted advisor to Financial Services clients on Application Services.
• Lead discussions related to application development, modernization, managed services, and digital transformation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and support new engagement setup and growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and account teams to drive successful client outcomes across the Benelux-France subregion.

Your profile:

• 8-12 years of experience in Application Services, Application Development, Application Modernization, IT Consulting, or Managed Services.

• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required. French or Spanish is a plus.
