Job summary

Enjins, a Netherlands-based AI engineering firm, seeks a Lead AI Engineer to own client engagements, architect solutions, and push the practice forward. You will shape roadmaps, mentor engineers, and ensure production-grade delivery across multiple stacks and clouds.

You will work from Utrecht with hybrid arrangements, collaborating with leaders and coaches to own at least one engagement’s technical roadmap within months. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling data & AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; production-grade code and infra.
• Mastery of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience leading MLOps/LLMOps architectures and production deployments.
• Experience mentoring engineers, overseeing delivery, and managing client accounts.

You architect the solution, ship it to production, and make sure it still performs a year later.
