Job summary

Van den Bosch in the Rotterdam region seeks a welder for our Europoort Technical Department. You will maintain and repair containers, work with a team, and perform general bodywork and related mechanical tasks in a renovated, well-ventilated workshop.

Heb jij kennis van lastechnieken en ben je op zoek naar een afwisselende baan in regio Rotterdam? Dan ben jij de lasser die wij zoeken voor onze Technische Dienst in Europoort. In deze functie ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en repareren van onze containers. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die nauwkeurig is, weet van aanpakken en zich wil blijven ontwikkelen.

In Europoort is een deel van onze Technische Dienst gevestigd. Hier behandelen, repareren en checken we al onze containers. Samen met het team houd je jezelf bezig met diverse technieken, zoals lassen, zagen, boren en slijpen. De focus ligt op carrosseriewerkzaamheden aan containers. Verder verricht je ook technisch onderhoud aan de verwarmings- en koelinstallaties die gekoppeld zijn aan ons equipement. Je komt te werken in twee ploegen. Om de week werk je de ochtenddienst en de middag/avonddienst. Dit doe je in een vast rooster met een vast team.

Jouw profiel

• Kennis van lastechnieken of bereid dit te willen leren
• Kennis van diverse technische materialen is een pre
• Bereid om in twee ploegen te werken (06:00 – 14:45 uur en 14:45 – 23:15 uur)
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs B

Europoort is part of our Technical Department. This is where we handle, repair and check all our containers. Together with the team, you keep yourself occupied with various techniques, such as welding, sawing, drilling and grinding. The focus is on bodywork work on containers. You will also perform technical maintenance on the heating and cooling installations connected to our equipment. You will work in two shifts. Every other week, you will work the morning shift and the afternoon/evening shift. You will work in a fixed schedule with a fixed team.
