Start People in the Netherlands is seeking a technically skilled Laser Operator to operate and maintain an advanced laser cutting machine, primarily with stainless steel. You will set up the equipment, monitor quality, and help ensure efficient, safe production.

The role requires reading technical drawings, working in two shifts, and collaborating with a small team to meet exact specifications and quality standards. A keen eye for detail and responsibility for your own work are essential.

Formación

• MBO level 3 working and thinking ability with a metalworking or mechanical background.
• Experience with laser cutting and CNC machine operation is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Precise, detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Good communication and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule.
• Must live and work in the Netherlands.
• Dutch language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades
