Job summary

Start People zoekt een Laboratoriumtechnicus productie in Wageningen die bijdraagt aan de fabricage van diagnostische producten voor wereldwijd gebruik. Je werkt in een internationaal team en bewaakt kwaliteit bij elke stap van het productieproces.

Je voert productie, assemblage, verpakking uit, bereidt reagentia voor en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Ook documenteer je data en rapporteer je afwijkingen, met aandacht voor procesverbeteringen en strikte normen.

Qualifications

• MLO niveau 3 of gelijkwaardig
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in productie-omgeving
• Beheersing van pipetten, reagentia voorbereiding en steriele technieken
• Kennis van ISO- of GMP-kwaliteitssystemen is een plus
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt

Wat je gaat doen

As a laboratory technician manufacturing, you will contribute to the production of high-quality diagnostic products used globally in food safety and laboratory diagnostics. Working in a collaborative and innovative environment, you will ensure that every step of the production process met strict quality standards. With your structured approach and attention to detail, you will play an integral part in maintaining the reliability of our products while working closely with an international team.

What You Will Do:

• Produce, assemble, and package diagnostic products: following established procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare reagents and perform quality checks: ensuring all production steps meet the required standards.
• Document production data: maintaining accurate and structured records of all activities.
• Identify deviations: reporting and actively contributing to process improvements within the production environment.
• Manage operational stock: collaborating with quality control, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Strong command of English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
