Job summary

Lead the labeling process for pharmaceutical items in Leiden. You will work full-time on a fixed day shift from 08:00 to 16:30, ensuring accurate labeling and safe handling of patient data.

You’ll operate with a robotic assistant in a professional healthcare logistics environment. You’ll check medications, label each box with patient details, and place it in a bag, performing consistent, precise steps daily.

Qualifications

• At least VMBO working and thinking level.
• 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in logistics.
• Good command of English (speaking).
• Live within 20 km from Leiden.

Responsibilities

• Check the robot that collects the correct medication for patients.
• Label the medication with the patient’s name and bag it.
• Perform the standard steps: pick, label, bag with precision and data privacy in mind.
• Work as part of a team in a structured, professional setting.

As a labeling operator, you are an essential part of the logistics process for pharmaceuticals. You work a full-time schedule in a fixed day shift from 08.00 till 16.30, guaranteeing regularity and work-life balance. You start your working day by checking the robot that collects the correct medication for patients. Once the robot has done its job, you take the box with medicines, carefully label it with the patient's name, and then put it in a bag. The work consists of the same steps each time: pick, label, bag. You perform your tasks with great precision and understand the importance of privacy and accuracy when handling personal data.
