Job summary

Oxford Global Resources seeks an experienced Lab Specialist Quality Control - Transfers to coordinate the transfer of analytical and biological test methods to the QC laboratory in Boxmeer. You will oversee planning, progress, and implementation of transfer projects in line with GMP guidelines.

The role emphasizes project management and stakeholder management, with a laboratory background as a solid foundation. On-site onboarding in Boxmeer with potential remote work one day per week afterwards.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) degree in (Micro)biology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the transfer of biological and analytical test methods
• Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting transfer schedules
• Acting as a liaison between R&D, QC laboratories, and international stakeholders
• Ensuring the correct implementation of test methods within the QC laboratory
• Monitoring GMP compliance throughout the transfer process
• Identifying risks, escalating bottlenecks, and proposing solutions
• Supporting change management and process improvements
• Overseeing the successful transfer of methods to the operational QC environment
