Job summary

TomTom is seeking a senior People product leader to shape and drive cross-functional work across L&D, talent management, and internal mobility. You will translate workforce needs into clear product roadmaps and scalable solutions, designing and improving People products using research methods.

You will collaborate with leaders and employees to test ideas, drive adoption and measure impact with data. You will lead from discovery to launch, prioritising roadmaps, managing risks, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in L&D, talent management or organisational development, ideally in a global and complex environment.
• Proven ability to define and deliver capability-building strategies at scale, translating business needs into focused upskilling, reskilling and learning solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of talent and L&D practices, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, skills-based learning and internal mobility.
• Confident daily user of AI tools, with a strong understanding of how AI is changing work, skills and learning, and sound judgement on responsible use.
• Strong product, project and change management skills, with the ability to move from unclear problem to scalable solution.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complexity, manage trade-offs and drive decisions.
• Confidence using learning, people and business data to shape priorities, assess impact and improve outcomes.

• Experience with talent marketplaces, learning platforms, talent technology, or AI-enabled HR tools.
• Experience with agile ways of working, product management, service design or consultancy.
