Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst for KYC Front Office Support across Europe and Africa. You will ensure high-quality, compliant checks on FOS outputs and provide constructive feedback to Associates and the team.

You will drive continuous improvement within the First Line of Defense, collaborating with stakeholders to standardize processes and enhance quality across Wholesale clients.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with KYC, CDD and/or Compliance, including at least 2 years in Quality Control.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail in quality assurance.
• Ability to provide constructive stakeholder feedback and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure compliance and completeness.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to support associates’ development.
• Identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement across deliverables.
• Support standardization and best practices across the team.
• Contribute to continuous quality assurance and process improvements.
