Job summary

Veluwezoom Verkerk Bouw B.V. zoekt een Kostendeskundige in Zevenaar. Verantwoordelijk voor het berekenen van de kostprijs van bouwprojecten en het bijhouden van het budget. We verwachten dat je een relevante mbo of hbo diploma hebt en ervaring in de bouwsector. Jouw analytische vaardigheden zijn cruciaal, net als je kennis van safety regulations. Qualifications

• Documenteer ervaring met berekeningen in de bouw.

Job description

Within Veluwezoom Verkerk, we are looking for a Kostendeskundige. In this role you are primarily responsible for calculating the cost price of our construction projects. You actively think about costs at the front end and contribute to the project team.

WAT GA JE DAN PRECIES DOEN?

As a Kostendeskundige you are the pivot in determining the cost price, from the initial estimate to the detailed registration and work budget. You request quotes, create price frameworks and use your expertise to optimise and make our projects feasible. You translate the programme of requirements, review various construction methods and cost implications, and keep the master budget up to date.

• Obtain information from Solibri regarding quantities and materials, calculate the cost price of a project and deliver an accurate budget.
• Accurately document information regarding current costs, key figures and materials.
• Help prepare risk analyses and monitor them.

WAAROM PAST DEZE BAAN BIJ JOU?

You are critical, produce sharp cost calculations, and can convincingly discuss them with your stakeholders. You can build a solid cost structure and think of smart solutions and make potential risks visible. We welcome both experienced and junior profiles. If you already have experience as a Kostendeskundige or Calculator in (residential) construction, we would like to talk to you. Additionally bring the following:

• A completed mbo or hbo degree in Building Technology, Construction Business Studies or similar.
• Documented experience with calculations in construction.
• Analytical ability and ability to translate cost calculations into clear insights and recommendations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and relevant automation packages such as Ibistrad and Solibri.
• Proficiency in Dutch language, written and spoken.
• Availability of 36-40 hours per week.
