WE Fashion BV is seeking an Assistant Buyer for Kidswear. You will translate trends and sales data into collections that appeal to customers and are offered at the right price point.

You will support the Buyer with everything needed to ensure the collection reaches our stores on time and at the right quality, working with internal teams and international suppliers. From fitting sessions to post‑delivery analysis, you’ll combine commercial insight with strong organizational skills to help create

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a buying department in fashion preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to translate trends into commercial opportunities.
• Curious, eager to learn and collaborative in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate trends and sales data into Kidswear collections.
• Support Buyer, Designer and Merchandiser to ensure on-time, on-price, on-quality delivery.
• Track buying activities and deadlines; process purchase orders in the buying system.
• Provide feedback during fittings and liaise with suppliers to meet quality requirements.
• Analyze sales results and extract insights for future collections.
