Job summary

Smart Health and Science is seeking an instructor for digital education in schools to teach primary and occasionally secondary students. You will cover software engineering and programming with Scratch and Minecraft Education, digital literacy, and simple circuits.

Curriculum is age-adapted (6-9, 10-12, 13-15). Detailed lesson plans and files minimize prep time. The role emphasizes engaging students, simplifying complex ideas, and gamifying the learning process.

Qualifications

• Person able to work with children, keep them engaged and focused.
• Deliver complex ideas in simple form.
• Gamification of the education process.
• Innovative and adaptable - patient with kids’ behavior.
• Available to work in the afternoons during the working week.

Responsibilities

• Teach primary (and occasionally secondary) students in digital education topics.
• Incorporate software engineering and programming using Scratch and Minecraft Education.
• Deliver Digital Literacy covering AI, safety online, and office apps.
• Explain simple electrical circuits and related activities.
• Follow age-adapted curricula (6-9, 10-12, 13-15) with detailed lesson plans.
