Job summary

1UP Training (Netherlands) seeks a dedicated Juridisch Adviseur Erfpacht en Grondzaken to provide expert legal guidance on lease and land matters within the real estate domain. You will act as a sparring partner for colleagues, management and board, identifying and managing legal risks.

In this role you will draft and assess erfpacht dossiers and agreements, advise on erfpacht constructions and conditions, and support contract changes, extensions and terminations to ensure compliant and sound

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze complex lease and land-related issues.
• Strong understanding of Dutch private law and public law
• Experience advising municipalities or public sector on ground transactions.

Responsibilities

• Judge erfpacht dossiers and draft/modify erfpacht agreements.
• Advise on erfpacht structures, terms, and conditions.
• Prepare contract amendments, extensions, and terminations with legal backing.
• Identify legal risks in erfpacht cases and propose mitigations.
• Provide written legal opinions on erfpacht constructs and related issues.
• Advise colleagues, project teams, management and boards on legal questions regarding erfpacht.
