Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems and basic IT support.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills in English.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support for end users.
• On-site desk and desktop support; install/configure software.
• Handle password resets and account management; basic Windows admin (Active Directory).
• Assist with network cabling, firewall-related activities, and troubleshooting of workstations and infrastructure.
• Document activities and changes; participate in daily IT operations.
