Carrière zoekt een junior magazijnmedewerker voor onze distributiecentra in Breda. Je werkt dagelijks mee aan het tijdig leveren van producten aan winkels, werkt samen met collega’s en zorgt voor een efficiënte logistieke stroom.

Het werk is fysiek actief en vindt plaats in een gekoelde omgeving (~14°C). Je werkt 36 uur per week in twee ploegen; ochtend 06:00–14:00 en middag/avond 14:00–22:00, met mogelijke urenuitbreiding en weekend- of feestdagendiensten.

Qualifications

• Je bent minimaal 21 jaar.
• Fysiek fit en houdt van actief werk.
• Bereid om in ploegen te werken (morgen en middag/avond).
• Beschikbaar in weekenden en op feestdagen.
• Beheerst ten minste basis Engels.
• Ervaring als magazijnmedewerker is een plus, maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• Sorteren en verwerken van kratten en pakketten.

Over de functie

As a junior warehouse employee at the distribution center in Breda, you are actively involved every day to ensure that all stores receive their products on time. You work together with your colleagues and help keep the logistics process running smoothly. Your tasks include sorting and processing crates and packages, processing deposit bottles and crates, placing products in the right location, and helping each other so everything is ready on time. The work is physically active, and the warehouse temperature is around 14°C. You will work 36 hours per week in a 2-shift system: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and afternoon/evening shift from 14:00 to 22:00. Flexibility is important, as your shift can be extended by up to 2 hours. Working on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is part of the job.

Wat wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage of € 14.99, rising to € 15.21 after 288 worked hours
• 36 hours per week with the possibility of overtime
• 50% bonus for overtime above 144 hours within 4 weeks
• 100% bonus on national holidays
• Travel allowance of € 0.21 per kilometer from 10.1 km, up to a maximum of 35 km one way
