Job summary

Snack Connection zoekt een Junior Production Operator voor een 3‑ploegendienst in Giessen. Je bedient en bewaakt verpakkingsmachines en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om nutgerelateerde snacks aan hoge standaarden te laten voldoen.

Je lost kleine machineproblemen op en zorgt voor schoonmaak en documentatie van productie-output. Je werkt in een hecht team, hecht veel waarde aan nauwkeurigheid en hygiëne, met avonden/weekenden mogelijk tegen extra beloning.

Qualifications

• Vmbo working and thinking level.
• 0–1 year of experience in production or food industry.
• English speaking skills; Dutch speaking skills are an advantage.
• Able to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging machines.
• Reliable and accurate in following hygiene and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in a 3‑shift system and occasional weekend shifts.

Over de functie

As a Junior Production Operator / 3 shifts at Snack Connection in Giessen, you'll be hands-on in our modern food production facility. Your main responsibility will be operating and monitoring packaging machines to ensure our nut-based snacks meet top quality standards. Each day, you'll help maintain a smooth-running production line, carry out quality checks, and perform basic equipment maintenance. If you spot an issue, you'll jump in to troubleshoot and keep things moving. You'll work closely with a supportive team who values accuracy and efficiency. Expect to:

• Operate and monitor packaging machines efficiently


• Carry out regular quality checks on products


• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues


• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of your work station


• Keep accurate records of production output


• Follow hygiene and safety procedures at all times
  Your workweek runs from Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system: morning (6:00 - 14:45), afternoon (14:00 - 22:45), and night (22:00 - 6:45). Occasionally, you may be asked to work weekends, with extra pay for those shifts.
