Job summary

Aalberts in Almere zoekt een Junior Production Operator die helpt hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen te vervaardigen. In samenwerking met een ervaren team leer je produceren volgens technische tekeningen, stel je tests uit met meetapparatuur en registreer je productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem.

Je werkt op een fulltime basis (40 uur) met een duidelijke carrièrepad richting Senior Operator. Het bedrijf biedt interne trainingen, vergoedingen en een informele, ondersteunende werkomgeving waar ideeën

Qualifications

• Ervaring met assemblage of technische productie is een plus.
• Vaardig met hand- en elektrisch gereedschap.
• Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en meetapparatuur is wenselijk.

Responsibilities

• Produkt onderdelen samenstellen volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Elektrische componenten aansluiten en testen met meetapparatuur.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen melden.
• Productiegegevens, materiaalgebruik en afgekeurde onderdelen in ERP registreren.
• Samenwerken met collega's om een veilige, efficiënte productie te waarborgen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Junior Production Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality metal components used by customers around the world. Working together with an experienced team, you'll ensure every product meets Aalberts' high quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling products and components using technical drawings and work instructions.
• Connecting electrical components and testing products with measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
• Performing quality inspections and reporting any deviations.
• Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient and organised production process.
