Job summary

DPA Professionals is seeking a Junior Mortgage Acceptant in the Netherlands to support the assessment and processing of mortgage applications. You will deepen knowledge of regulations and learn how financial risks are evaluated, building a career in financial services.

You will work with customers, advisors, and intermediaries, handling documentation and data with care while pursuing Wft-certifications.

Qualifications

• Interest in mortgages and finance.
• Ability to handle dossiers and data accurately.
• Willingness to obtain Wft certificates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and processing mortgage applications.
• Develop knowledge of laws and regulations governing mortgages.
• Maintain contact with clients, advisors and intermediaries.
• Process administrative changes and flag missing information.
• Aim to obtain relevant Wft certificates.
