Job summary

Aalberts hfc B.V. is looking for a Junior Group Finance Analyst to support the Group Controlling team in monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the Aalberts HFC group.

You will transform financial data into insights that support management decision-making and business performance improvement. You will work with departments across multiple countries to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that enable a data-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Controlling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring financial reports including KPI reporting, revenue, inventory and production reports, and monthly P&L analyses. Improve & automate them.
• Build and optimize dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SAP and other BI tools.
• Analyse financial and operational data from SAP systems and BI platforms to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and management information to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with different departments to continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Support users with questions regarding reports, datasets, and queries.
• Contribute to the further digitalization and automation of financial processes.
