Job summary

Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Junior Business Controller to turn financial data into clear forecasts and actionable insights for management. You will forecast, close, and deliver dashboards, enabling leaders to monitor performance across the organization.

With 1–2 years in FP&A or controlling, you’ll analyze variances, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate across our multinational team. This role prioritizes accuracy, initiative, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of FP&A or financial controlling experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong command of financial modelling, forecasting, and modern reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical mind with sharp attention to detail and a strategic outlook.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership and works well independently.
• Excellent communicator across cultures, comfortable collaborating with teams across our group companies.

Responsibilities

• Financial forecasting and analysis to drive budget forecasting and closing processes.
• Reporting and dashboarding to deliver management analytics, periodic reports, and visual dashboards.
• Variance and trend analysis to identify deviations and provide steering advice.
• Advise on financial guidelines and strengthen internal controls.
• Support cross-functional projects and optimize data management systems.
