Job summary

Nolte Mezzanine is looking for a Junior Engineer to design steel structures and mezzanine floors for international clients. You will work on 3D drawings with Tekla Structures and collaborate with production teams to ensure feasible solutions.

You will be supervised by Senior Engineers, with room for personal development and growth into a Senior Engineer role. The role blends independent work with teamwork in an international setting in De Goorn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Tekla Structures (or similar such as SolidWorks or Inventor).
• Proactive attitude, teamwork, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Model steel structures and mezzanine components with Tekla Structures based on calculations and drawings.
• Create detailed drawings, monos, parts lists, tolerances and specifications.
• Implement changes to drawings and check accuracy; identify additional work.

As a Junior Engineer at Nolte Mezzanine, no day is the same. The various international clients bring very diverse projects. Together with the client, you work on the optimal solution: designing and creating the right steel structures and mezzanine floors. You work on structural designs of steel constructions. You do this at workshop level using the 3D drawing package Tekla Structures. You carry it out for the production and installation of steel constructions. You will be functionally supervised by the Senior Engineers. In the future, it is also possible to grow into the position of Senior Engineer.

Your responsibilities

• Modeling various steel structures with the team. You do this based on main calculations, construction and architectural drawings, using the 3D drawing package Tekla Structures.
• Creating detailed drawings, monos, and parts lists, and the associated specifications and tolerances.
• Implementing changes to existing drawings and checking drawings.
• Identifying and communicating additional work.
