Job summary

NORNORM is seeking a Jr. Delivery Manager to support delivery and furniture installation operations in Benelux, mainly around Amsterdam.

You’ll coordinate deliveries and installations, work with warehouse, transport and installation partners, and resolve practical issues on site. You’ll be guided by a more experienced colleague, building hands-on experience while gradually taking on more responsibility in a fast-moving international environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch speaker.
• Structured and able to keep an overview when several things are happening at once.
• Proactive and comfortable following tasks through to completion.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in a fast-moving international environment.
• Comfortable working with data and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and installation coordination across Benelux.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and installation partners.
• Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns and replacements.
• Be present at selected customer installations to coordinate activities.
• Follow up on delays, missing items, damages and resolve issues.
• Stay in close contact with warehouse partners to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support project planning, refurbishment requests and spare-part ordering.
