Job summary

Solid Professionals in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join Agile teams in the financial sector, energy or telecom. You will collect, clean and analyse data, build dashboards in Power BI and support KPI definition.

The program starts with a contract-to-hire arrangement; you will be employed by Solid Professionals and work at a client. Expect a gross all-in monthly salary of 3266 euros, at least 22.5 vacation days, hybrid working and a travel allowance, with mentoring to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics or similar.
• 0–2 years of data analysis experience.
• Ability to clearly explain what data means and its implications.
• Experience with Excel, SQL and Power BI; some Python exposure.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and interest in data quality.
• Based in the Netherlands and available full-time.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, often using Power BI.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and explain trends and deviations.
• Support defining KPIs and data standards.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify analytical questions and priorities.
• Document insights and present outcomes during sprint reviews.
• Identify data quality issues and align with data engineers.
