We are Semmtech, a scale-up technology consulting and SaaS company focused on (linked) data management, model-based systems engineering and generally improving the way companies capture, share and apply data. Our clients can be found in the Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Water and Shipbuilding industries.

We are looking for a junior consultant (0-3 years) that is ready to help clients shape and realize their IT & Data strategy. You will be part of our consultancy practice, and working closely with the client in small teams on various projects.

As a junior consultant, you will spend most of your day analyzing systems architecture and dataflows and advising clients on improvements to their information models and asset data capabilities. Next to analysis and advice you will help implement and configure the right tooling and dataflows, and provide training on how to best use these in practice. You will be closely working with client stakeholders, other Semmtech consultants and our software development team.

Some example projects:

• Implementation of Linked Data tools, capabilities and ways of working for a Dutch Grid Operator.
• Information management for a large construction project of a client.
• Configuration of project management tools for an international contractor.
• Implementation of Systems Engineering methods and tools for one of the largest engineering firms in the world.
