Job summary

Padel Maestros LTD in the Netherlands is looking for an experienced padel coach to work across their clubs. The role is freelance (ZZP) with 20–25 hours per week and guaranteed workload, start ASAP. Location: clubs around Tilburg, schedule follows the school calendar.

The package includes travel support, accommodation assistance, and all training equipment provided at the clubs, with opportunities for private lessons and clinics.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of padel coaching experience.
• B2 English level or higher.
• Driving licence, ideally with own car.
• Friendly, motivated and ready to grow with the school.

Responsibilities

• Coach across clubs around Tilburg.
• Deliver group padel lessons.
• Provide private lessons, clinics, camps and events.

One of the biggest racket sports schools in the Netherlands is looking for an experienced padel coach to work across their clubs. The role is freelance, and unlike in Spain, self-employed coaches in the Netherlands don’t pay monthly social security contributions

Excl. 21% VAT
