Job summary

Ventolines BV is expanding its team in Almere. As Junior Project Engineer BESS & net integration you will contribute to the development, realization and integration of battery storage systems beside wind and solar parks.

You will work with experienced project managers and engineers, gradually taking more responsibility and aiming to become a project lead on complex BESS and grid-integration projects. You will be mentored internally and have opportunities to grow, with a clear path to lead

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in the energy transition and battery storage systems.
• Willingness to travel to project locations and sites.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the design previews, FAT/SAT, commissioning and energization of large-scale energy projects.
• Contribute to the design, procurement and integration of energy management systems for shared grid connections.
• Collaborate on topics like SCADA, control loops and fault detection.
• Assist in contracting and implementation of capacity-management products via GOPACS.
