Atos in the Netherlands is seeking a DevOps engineer to join a Java-focused team modernizing applications on cloud platforms. The role requires at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, OpenShift, API integration, and front-end work (Angular/React).

We are looking for a candidate to join a DevOps team working on the (further) development of an application based on Java technologies. You will become part of a DevOps team involved in modernizing applications on the (cloud) platform of one of our clients. The tasks are diverse and include developing code, ensuring integration, testing, coordinating with Product Owners and architects, and automating DevOps processes. Additionally, it is very important that you recognize the value of collaborating with other DevOps teams.

Required Experience And Skills

At least 4 years of experience with technologies such as

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Kubernetes
• OpenShift
• API Integration
• Front-end (for example Angular or React)
• You have excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English.

You are interested in developing yourself further, for instance in Kotlin and/or Quarkus.

Location

Hybrid, centrally located in the Netherlands (1 to 2 days per week on-site with the client).
