Job summary

Odido Nederland is seeking an IT Strategic Advisor to work closely with the CIO and IT Leadership Team to turn complexity into clear choices and aligned priorities. You’ll connect IT and business, shape strategy, and drive momentum across cross-functional initiatives that cut across units.

You’ll move from executive discussions to decision papers and immediate action, influencing without formal authority while maintaining independence and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CIO and help make the IT organisation more effective.
• A large part of your role is decision support, structuring topics and delivering concise analyses and recommendations.
• Represent the CIO in steering committees and governance forums, translating decisions into actions.
• Build a consistent IT narrative for communications, including Town Hall content and leadership messages.
• Bridge IT and business teams, translate technology into business language and align priorities across boundaries.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CIO and shape IT Leadership Team rhythm and commitments.
• Serve as a trusted sounding board on sensitive strategic and people-related topics with independence and discretion.
