Job summary

SARIA Food & Pharma is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead global IT initiatives during the early evolution of a new operating model. You will shape governance, delivery and stakeholder engagement across Van Hessen, Devro and Bioiberica.

The role requires proven experience as an international IT Project Manager, preferably in FMCG, with fluency in English and strong budgeting skills. Dutch language skills are a plus, and you will work with a cross-functional global team.

• Proven experience as an international/global IT Project Manager, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluency in English is essential; conversational Dutch is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Experience with different methodologies is an advantage.
• Sound financial knowledge to manage costs, budgets and related charging processes.
• Resilient and calm under pressure.
• Strong team player with excellent stakeholder and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full PM lifecycle for a portfolio of global IT projects, including stage gates, risk/change controls and SteerCo reporting.
• Ensuring successful delivery of IT projects aligned with governance and performance targets.
• Validating alignment between IT projects and SARIA Food & Pharma strategy.
• Delivering IT project budgets as agreed with IT PMO Manager and SteerCo/Sponsor.
• Ensuring positive stakeholder experience and BU alignment with IT.
• Promoting strategic alignment and effective communication across IT and wider business.
• Coordinating internal stakeholders, subcontractors and IT for best project outcomes.

About the role

As the IT Project Manager, you will join us during the early stages of our evolution, helping to establish best practice in implementing a new target operating model for SARIA Food & Pharma that strategically supports IT requirements across Van Hessen, Devro and Bioiberica.

Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of the full project management lifecycle (including all stage gate processes, risk and change controls/escalation, steerco reporting) for assigned portfolio of global IT projects
• Ensuring successful delivery of assigned portfolio of global IT projects, aligned with agreed governance and performance targets
• Validating alignment between assigned IT projects and the SARIA Food & Pharma strategy
• Delivering assigned IT project budget objectives as agreed with IT PMO Manager and project SteerCo/Sponsor
• Ensuring positive stakeholder experience and Business Unit alignment with IT function
• Promoting strategic alignment, effective communication and understanding through the IT function and wider business
• Ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders, subcontractors and the IT function for best project outcomes

About you

• Proven experience as an international / global IT Project Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry, however not essential
• Fluency in English is essential for this role, conversational level Dutch would be a plus
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Resilient and calm under pressure
