Meerab Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Amsterdam-based team. You will translate customer needs into practical IT solutions and drive process improvements within multidisciplinary groups.

You will analyze current processes, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, and work in Agile environments to ensure outcomes align with business goals. Experience inFinance/Government/Utilities/Logistics is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex Business/IT environments.
• Strong analytical skills combined with an understanding of human behaviour and change adoption.
• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in sectors such as Finance, Government, Utilities, or Logistics.
• Nice to have: interest in the impact of technology and AI on business models; familiarity with process‑improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, expectations, and desired changes into practical IT solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide clear recommendations based on findings and support implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including stakeholders and developers, to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Work in Agile environments, participating in ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Assess the impact of emerging technologies and AI on business models.
