Apollo Solutions is seeking an Associate Audit Manager to join its international Internal Audit team in Amsterdam. You will step up from Senior Auditor and balance hands-on audit work with engagement leadership across SAP, IT and process controls.

Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate, you will deliver audits, assess risks, and coach junior staff while driving improvements across a global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Internal Audit and/or External Audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience auditing SAP-based business processes and controls.
• Experience leading audit workstreams or audit engagements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills.
• CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA or similar qualification preferred (or working towards one).
• Exposure to operational, business process, IT or data audits would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver internal audit engagements across a global organisation.
• Understand business processes, risks and control frameworks.
• Perform audit testing, stakeholder interviews and control assessments.
• Identify control gaps and develop practical recommendations.
• Lead and execute audits covering SAP environments, business process controls and key automated controls
• Manage stakeholder communication and support the timely delivery of audit assignments.
• Coach and support junior members of the audit team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Internal Audit.
