IR Associate Director – Europe Fundraising

Job summary

PER is seeking an Investor Relations professional to join its growing private markets team in Amsterdam. You will support fundraising, LP relationship management and the firm's investor communications across Europe.

In this role you will prepare materials, coordinate due diligence, maintain CRM data, and help expand the investor base while mentoring junior colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within private equity investor relations, fundraising or placement advisory.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, fundraising processes and portfolio reporting.
• Experience engaging with institutional investors, ideally across the European market.
• Exposure to preparing or reviewing fundraising materials, including PPMs, DDQs, pitch decks and investor reports.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• A willingness to contribute across all aspects of the Investor Relations function, regardless of seniority.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors across Europe.
• Lead investor meetings and progress relationships throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
• Support development of fundraising strategy and expand the firm's investor base.
• Prepare and review fundraising materials, including pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs and investor reports.
• Coordinate investor due diligence processes, including data rooms and responses to investor requests.
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of investor interactions and pipeline activity.
• Support delivery of investor events, annual meetings and advisory board meetings.
• Mentor junior members of the Investor Relations team and contribute to IR function development.
