Job summary

Wlgroup is relocating a role to the United States (Norfolk, Virginia) with NATO-5 visa support. The position focuses on drawing out interoperability requirements and ensuring test evidence is complete for engineers.

You will work to make federated interoperability across the capability lifecycle coherent across nations and tools. The role requires a four-year degree and extensive experience in multinational collaboration, interoperability initiatives, governance, and event planning.

Qualifications

• Four-year university degree or higher from a recognised institution.
• At least five of the last ten years in multinational collaboration and coordination.
• At least three of the last ten years supporting interoperability initiatives across several nations.
• At least three of the last ten years managing interoperability requirements, governance, data collection and reporting.
• At least three of the last ten years planning events, workshops, conferences and exercises.
• Excellent written communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support federated interoperability across the capability lifecycle.
• Draw out and record interoperability requirements across dimensions beyond the technical.
• Contribute to governance policies, directives and concepts for interoperability.
• Monitor test data quality and close gaps in designated tools.
• Coordinate communications with communities of interest and prepare for interoperability events.
• Provide timely guidance on processes, tools and events to participants.
• Administer role-based access to interoperability test tooling.
• Travel to meetings and conferences up to about 30 days a year.
