About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Master's student to join our Strategy & Transformation team for a 6-month paid internship. The successful candidate will work directly with the Strategy and Transformation team, supporting key strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of strategic reviews and growth plans
• Assist in analyzing market opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth
• Contribute to profitability improvement programs and portfolio reviews
• Prepare strategic presentations and reports for senior management
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses
• Support stakeholder management and communication initiatives

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Current Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
