Responsibilities

• Supplier Inventory Data Collection & Validation: systematically collect and validate supplier inventory data to establish a baseline.
• Visibility Improvement through Digitalization: build a centralized database with a Power App–driven process for real-time updates by suppliers.
• Advance Planning & Demand Forecasting: use validated data to drive proactive capacity and demand planning with suppliers.
