Job summary

BNP Paribas Personal Finance NL is seeking a temporary intern in the Operations Granting department to support a strategic transformation project focused on AI and IDP. You will help improve customer file completeness, test rules, and assist in KPI reporting while coordinating with Genpact.

The role requires analytical skills, comfort with Excel/PowerPoint, and fluency in Dutch and English. Start ASAP with a November 26 to February 20, 2027 duration; on-site work with no home working.

Job description

We are looking for a temporary resource to support a strategic transformation project within the Granting department of Operations in BNP Personal Finance NL . The mission will focus on improving customer file completeness and accelerating credit decision-making through AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions as part of a Proof of Value with Genpact.

Key activities include process analysis, testing and validation of document completeness rules, ensure upload in secured platform for external provider KPI follow-up, and support in evaluating AI-driven solutions. Daily exchanges with an external provider via emails is also part of activities.

Required skills:

analytical mindset, interest in AI and process improvement, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to structure and analyze data, good communication skills, and fluent in Dutch and English.
