Philips is seeking an ESG Reporting & Compliance Intern to support end-to-end reporting for People-related ESG metrics, including CSRD coordination and annual report preparation. You will collaborate with the ESG Lead and multiple teams to ensure high-quality, audit-ready disclosures.
You will gain hands-on experience in data collection, validation, and stakeholder alignment in a global healthcare technology company.
Within Philips’ Enterprise People Strategy team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the delivery of our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting and compliance agenda within the People Function.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and compliance, supporting the coordination and execution of key ESG deliverables—including CSRD reporting, annual report development, and ongoing regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the ESG Lead for the People Function and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant reporting.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ESG reporting in a complex, global organization, contributing to Philips’ ambition to be a responsible employer and leader in social impact.
As ESG Reporting & Compliance Intern, you will support the end-to-end reporting cycle for People-related ESG metrics—from data collection and validation during hard close processes through to annual report preparation.
You will play both a coordination and execution role—helping to connect stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure data quality, while also contributing directly to the collection and consolidation of key ESG metrics.
Working closely with the ESG Lead, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory frameworks (e.g. CSRD), and the internal governance required to deliver compliant, audit-ready disclosures.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
We are a health technology company.
