Job summary

Mammoet is seeking an SPMT Operator for international transport projects. Based across Europe, you will safely operate SPMTs, load and move heavy cargo, and support complex lifts on site with an international team.

You will perform routine maintenance, coordinate with engineers, and travel to project sites across Europe. The role offers exposure to world‑class fleets and challenging assignments that require precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

Completed technical education.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Valid work permit for living and working in Europe.
Experience in civil engineering, construction, energy, oil & gas, offshore, ports, or mining is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely executing transport operations, including operating SPMTs and moving heavy loads.
Loading, unloading, assembling, and disassembling SPMTs and auxiliary equipment.
Moving loads in accordance with project requirements.
Performing periodic and preventive maintenance.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Working across Europe with an international team of colleagues.
